Orange County Food Review And Hot Spots

You have to stop in at King Neptune's which is located in Sunset Beach, California. Call (562)592-4878 to contact the restaurant.  Sunset Beach is a small area located between Seal Beach/Long Beach and Newport Beach. This city is the Northern most beach city, in Orange County (OC). The place does not look like much from the outside, but it is bursting with energy inside. Their menu includes Steaks, Seafood and Spirits plus they feature live music. Not quite your typical dinner music though. The music here is on the alternative side. Well then again, you might say that the music is a mix of blues, funk and punk and maybe some rockabilly too. That is if you want to be more specific. The service is more like a bar, although it is the friendliest bar I have been to. The decor includes boat relics, ocean sea life, and a number of off beat collections as well. The food is actually good. If you do not like loud music while you eat then come early. The music is lower earlier in the evening.

The crowd is always ready to have a good time and everyone seems like they left their bad vibes at home. Well then again, you might say that the music is a mix of rockabilly, blues, funk and punk.

There is a little bit of parking available and if that is full, then you can cruise around the through beach parking lot. If you feel like you are in shape, then you can also park across the street and sprint across PCH. There are a few other restaurants close by too. Within about a mile you can visit other tasty menus such as Harpoon Harry's (Sea Food), and Tsunamis (Japanese Food). We cant leave out some local landmarks like Mother's and Turcs, even though they do not serve food. This strip of PCH has some flavor.
